FLS Transport

A variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system was installed for this office fit-up to ensure a high degree of occupant comfort. This VRF system allows for simultaneous heating and cooling using dedicated fan coil units for each individual zone. This results in energy savings as heat can be removed from a zone requiring cooling and carried by the refrigerant to a zone calling for heating. An Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) provided outdoor air to each fan coil unit.
