With nearly 50,000 sq. ft. over five floors, this new flagship store is located at Bloor St. West. The two-storey addition with almost 20,000 sq. ft. included a high end curtain wall, 2 elevators and escalators. Since the building was live, this project was very challenging. The existing HVAC equipment had to be removed prior to the expansion of the building. Temporary packaged roof top units were installed and connected to the existing distribution system.
