This two-storey 89,600 Sq.Ft. commercial building is a recent addition to Oakwoods Business Park, located minutes away from the QEW, 403 and 407. This project achieved LEED Silver Core and Shell providing tenants with energy efficient HVAC equipment for their tenant fit-ups.
