Sheet Metal Workers' & Roofers' Union Local 30 Training Facility

This renovation project provided upgraded training rooms and facilities for Local 30. Designing the HVAC system around utilizing the existing roof top units was challenging due to a completely revised interior layout of offices, lunch rooms, training rooms and workshops.
